ManekTech is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our HR operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day HR activities, ensuring smooth processes across recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance, while contributing to a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Manage recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy.
- Support payroll preparation and leave/attendance management.
- Handle employee queries and provide necessary HR support.
- Assist in performance review cycles and appraisal processes.
- Coordinate training, learning & development programs.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance.
- Ability to use HR digital tools and HRIS systems.
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and confidentiality.
